Sergio’s construction journey began at age 12, spending summers with a custom trim and cabinet company doing work for Kickerillo Custom Homes. He founded Sergio L. Medina Inc. in 1996, then launched iConstruct Houston in 2009 as demand grew for a full-service custom home and renovation firm.
One coordinated team
From land development, planning, surveying, and design through construction management and the build, Sergio coordinates a trusted group of architects, engineers, designers, consultants, and trade partners.

His at-risk management approach avoids over-designing or underbidding to win the work, with the goal of building a realistic budget and a sound investment.
